8,000 euros won after wrongful termination!

Together with one of our members, we won over 8,000 euros net in severance pay in the labor court following an unlawful dismissal. The comrade had worked in wholesale for many years and had been dismissed without notice on the basis of completely unfounded accusations. In reality, however, the boss was apparently interested in cutting staff and thus circumventing the protection against dismissal.
